BioI used to be Margot but she is no longer. One journal left to motivate and allow me to be a looky-loo.
I've started this journal more as a way to motivate myself to workout consistantly and to take better care of myself in general. I'm a lazy runner who is still trying to work up to 6 mile runs consistantly. RIght now I can run 2.5 miles straight and sometimes more on a good day. My pace is about a 10 minute mile which I'm pretty happy about. I'm not trying to be a competitive runner I'm just trying to do something that's good for me. I'm still working on my running form and I've had a great PT who's helped me a ton. Anyway, feel free to stop by and see how I'm doing.
